Frances Bryce, RCHI Coordinator

Frances has been with the organisation since its inception in 1998, firstly as a Community Health Development Worker and latterly as Coordinator. Frances came to the organisation via a career development route which saw her firstly as a community volunteer and then as a development worker with the Seniors Forum, Renfrewshire Carers and Community Learning and Development so gaining an extensive background in community development. Frances manages the organization's 3 Health Development Workers and Administrator.

Community Health Development Worker, Community Health in Linwood (CHIL) project.

Carolann joined the organisation in September 2005 and has a background in physical activity. She is the sole development worker for this project which covers the village of Linwood .

Lynn joined the organisation in April 2007, on a job-sharing basis. She has a financial
background and has responsibility, along with her job-sharing partner Helen, for all the
administrative aspects of the organisation.
